You can directly import or synchronise your shop categories created on eBay into PlentyONE. These categories can then be selected in your listings or automatically applied to listings via listing templates.

Load eBay shop categories

1. Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Account Settings.
2. Expand the section eBay Shop Categories (folder icon) to display an overview of the shop categories of your eBay accounts.
3. The account data will be synchronised.
4. Under Import shop categories, select the desired sorting: alphabetically by category name or by position (as stored on eBay).
5. Click on Add (plus symbol) to import the eBay shop categories into PlentyONE.
