To display different product variants (e.g. different sizes or colours) on a shared product detail page, you need to create a property for variation themes and correctly link it with the valid Amazon values when using the adapter.

You create a new property in PlentyONE specifically for the Amazon variation themes:
- Create a new property in the menu
Setup » Settings » Properties » Configuration. - Select the option
Itemin the dropdown list Scope. - Select the option
Selectionin the dropdown list Type. - Enter a unique name in the field Name, e.g.
Amazon Variation Themes. - Link the property with
Amazon. - Add links for all categories (= the Amazon product types) for which you want to use variation themes.
- Save (
save) the settings.- After saving, the area for selection values appears under the Name section.
2. Add selection values from Amazon Seller Central
The selection values for the property must exactly match the valid values from Amazon.
- Add values for the property in the
selection valuesarea. Enter the exact designation of the valid values for the variation theme on Amazon as the name for each selection value.
Important: The variation theme is only transmitted correctly if the name of the selection value exactly matches the designation of the valid value. Tip: You do not need to add all valid values of a variation theme, only those you actually need for your variation themes.
- Save (
