To prepare your PlentyONE system for the switch to Amazon catalogs, you should first check which Amazon product types you use and on which Amazon country platforms you offer your items.

To find out which Amazon product types you use in your PlentyONE system, the following options are available to you:

• Single item check: Open the item in the menu Items » Items and check in the Amazon section which product type is linked there.
• Filter in the item overview: Open the menu Items » Edit items and use the filter Product type with the selection Type selected. This will show you all used Amazon product types.
• Amazon flat files: You can also check your Amazon flat files.

Determining the mandatory attributes

After you have determined your used product types and country platforms, you can use the list of mandatory attributes to find out which attributes are mandatory for each product type.

Filter tips for the list of mandatory attributes

The list of mandatory attributes is useful for filtering out the attributes relevant to you:

• Filter by product type: In the column Product Type, you can filter by the Amazon product types you use. This way, you only see the mandatory attributes for your used types.
• Filter by country platform: If you only offer your items on certain Amazon country platforms, you can filter in the column MP (Marketplace Code) by the country platforms you use.
