In order for your attributes to be transferred to Amazon via the adapter, you need to link them with Amazon in the menu Setup » Settings » Attributes » Configuration.

Note: In PlentyONE, the old Amazon product types (in the category selection) are still used in this menu. However, the error reports you receive from Amazon already contain the new product types. An overview of the old and new Amazon product types can be found in the manual.

Link attributes with Amazon:

1. Open the menu Setup » Settings » Attributes » Configuration.
2. Click on Amazon section on Add link.
3. Select the Amazon platform.
4. Select the category (this corresponds to the old Amazon product type).
5. Select the field.
   • Example: If an Amazon error report states "Bullet Point is required", you select the field bullet_point here.
6. Save the settings.

Only attributes that are linked with Amazon in this menu will be exported via the adapter.

It is still possible to link fields (attributes) that are also present in the old flat files. During export, these old fields are automatically linked with the appropriate new field. Further information about the new fields (attributes) can also be found in the manual.
