For some data fields with complex mappings in the Amazon product listing catalogue, it is necessary to assign an empty custom value in order for this data to be deleted on Amazon. Simply not mapping the data field is not sufficient.

Affected data fields (selection)

The following data fields must be assigned an empty custom value in order to be transmitted to Amazon as "delete":

• Main material of the EPR product packaging
• Type of external product ID
• GHS hazard statement code (H-Code)
• Hazardous substance regulation
• List price (RRP) – currency (uvp_list_price)

Instructions: Assign empty custom value (example EPR product packaging)

1. Open the menu: Data » Catalogues.
2. Open the product listing catalogue for Amazon.
3. Expand the relevant group (e.g. epr_product_packaging).
4. Navigate to the corresponding data field (e.g. Main material of the EPR product packaging).
   • Note: The value in the field Export as must be mapped and must not be removed.
5. Click on add Add data source.
6. Add the data source Custom value. Leave the field Value empty.
7. Save the settings.
   • The next export will delete the data field on Amazon.
