Error reports for your Temu account can be found in the data log. To specifically search for certain errors, proceed as follows:
- Open the menu Data > Log.
- Click on Filter at the top.
- Enter the term
TEMUin the Identifier field to see all error reports for your account. - Optional: Enter a specific path in the Integration field to refine your search (e.g.
Plenty\Modules\Temu\Services\Order\OrderImportServicesfor errors during order import). - Click on Search.
The error reports will now be displayed according to your filters.
