Why does the full-text search for articles not work in the new article UI?
If the full-text search for your articles in the new article UI does not deliver the expected results or does not work at all, this is usually because the necessary language packs for the search are not activated. The PlentyONE search requires active language packs to correctly index article data. Background and solution To restore the functionality of the full-text search in the new article UI, you must ensure that the required language packs are activated in your global search settings. Activate at least the language German if your primary shop uses this language. Step-by-step guide Navigate in your PlentyONE system to: Setup » Shop » Global Settings » Search Settings. In the Search Settings area, select the subsection Language Packs.Make sure that at least the languages relevant to your shop (e.g. German) are marked as active.IMPORTANT: After activating the language packs, the indexing of data begins in the background. Depending on the amount of data, this process may take some time until the search function works fully again.
