If error messages such as Code 02: No Action to Execute found appear in the log during the hourly stock export to Netto, or the delta file remains empty, this is usually due to an inactive catalogue.
The hourly delta reconciliation processes only variants on the system side that have previously been successfully exported to Netto via the catalogue and for which the stock or price has subsequently changed. If the corresponding Netto catalogue is not active or not yet fully set up, no variants are marked as "already exported". As a result, the hourly export does not find any affected items to process.
Activate stock reconciliation
For the hourly delta reconciliation to work, the catalogue interface for Netto/Marktkauf must be active and used for both product and stock updates:
Navigate in your
PlentyONEsystem to: Data » Catalogues.Open or create the catalogue for Netto / Marktkauf.
Ensure that the mappings for stock reconciliation are set up correctly.
Activate the catalogue and save the settings.
Once the catalogue is active and the initial reconciliation has been performed, changed stocks will be included in the hourly delta export and transmitted to Netto without errors.
