Causes of blocks

An automatic blocking of bot access occurs server-side only in exceptional cases:

• Active DDoS protection: If the system is under an active DDoS attack and Cloudflare is in Attack Mode, automated requests may be temporarily blocked.

• Settings in the robots.txt: Check whether there are unintentionally restrictive Disallow: entries in your robots.txt file.

• External security rules: Make sure that no external security services or your own upstream firewalls are restricting access.
