To ensure that Google Shopping processes your shipping data and delivery times correctly, you need to link the corresponding fields of your elastic export in the FormatDesigner.
Step-by-step guide for the mapping
Navigate in your
PlentyONEsystem to:Data » FormatDesigner.Open the format template that you use for your Google Shopping export (elastic export).
Create or edit the following fields in the
shippingarea.
1. Transmit shipping costs (field: shipping)
Search in the
Itemssection for the field for shipping costs. If you want to use the account settings at Google and send a flat rate of
0,00:Select as mapping a
propertyor anadditional fieldin which you have stored the value0,00.Alternatively, you can use a
standard fieldthat outputs the price including currency (e.g.DE:0.00 EUR).
2. Transmit delivery time / processing time
Google requires information about the delivery time to avoid the status “Incomplete”.
Add a new field and select under
Items » Availabilitythe fieldNameorDays.Link this so that it is output as a sub-attribute in the
shippingtag, so that Google can calculate the transit time.
3. Menu path for verification
Check your settings under:
Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings(or analogously for Google Shopping underSetup » Markets » Google » Google Shopping).
Important notes on formatting
Make sure that technical identifiers such as
shipping_priceorshipping_countryare mapped exactly.
