Currently, it is not possible in PlentyONE to completely disable the transmission of shipping costs in the elastic export for Google Shopping.

Since the elastic export is still used for Google Shopping, the shipping information is transmitted system-side. If you want your central shipping settings in the Google Merchant Center to apply instead, you can use a workaround by transmitting a flat rate value of 0.00 euros.

How to adjust the shipping costs in the export

1. Navigate in your PlentyONE system to: Data » Elastic Export.

2. Open the corresponding export (e.g. ID 1 for Google Shopping).

3. Check the assignment in the FormatDesigner under the item shipping.

4. To avoid overriding the account settings in Google, ensure that no differing shipping attributes are sent at the article level that could interfere with the Google algorithm.
