It is now only possible to have either tax documents generated by PlentyONE (invoice, credit note) on an order or uploaded external documents. So, if there is a PlentyONE invoice on an order, it is no longer possible to upload external invoices for that order and vice versa.
This applies to all interfaces, including the REST API.
