You can set up PlentyONE so that Temu is automatically informed about the shipping of your orders. To do this, you create an event action.

How to set up the event action:

1. Event: Select Status change with the option Order exported.
2. Filter: Filter by Order > Origin and select Temu to apply the action only to Temu orders.
3. Action: Under Plugins, select the option Temu: Send shipping confirmation to Temu.

Important criteria:

For the shipping confirmation to be successfully transmitted to Temu, the following criteria must be met:

• A warehouse and a shipping service provider have been selected.
• The order has a tracking number with at least five digits.
• If there are multiple items in the order, the number of tracking numbers must match the number of items.
