The process of a Temu order, from placement to shipping, proceeds in these steps:

1. Item listing: Your products are listed on the Temu marketplace.
2. Order and payment: Customers order and pay directly at Temu. Only the payment method [Temu] Direct Checkout is available.
3. Order import: The order is automatically imported into PlentyONE.
4. Shipping: You ship the order.
5. Shipping confirmation: You report the shipping to Temu. This can be done either automatically via event action or manually through the status change on the order.
   • You can either ship the entire order or only certain items. To do this, select a delivery order and the option "For specific order items" in the menu Orders > Orders.
6. Address changes: If the delivery address changes, the new address is automatically saved for the corresponding contact in PlentyONE.
