You can set up a Flow action to automatically send a shipping confirmation to Temu when an order has been shipped. To do so, proceed as follows:

How to set up a flow for automating shipping confirmations:

• Go to Automation > Flow Studio.
• Create a new flow:
  • In the General step, enter a name and description for the flow.
  • In the Trigger step, select Event-based.
  • In the Settings step, select the trigger Order status changed and the order status Order exported.
  • Click SAVE.
• In the Flow Studio Canvas that opened after creating the Flow, switch to the Controls tab in the left sidebar.
• Drag a Branch element from the Controls tab onto the Drag in element slot in the canvas.
• In the right sidebar, click on FILTER SETTINGS and select the following filter configuration:
  • Filter: Order referrer
  • Operator: Is in (IN)
  • Order referrers: 182.00 | Temu
• Click CONFIRM.
• In the left sidebar, switch to the Actions tab and navigate to Plugin (Legacy) > Temu.
• Drag the action Temu: Send fulfillment to Temu onto the Drag in element slot in the True branch on the canvas.
• Click on Save to save the flow.

Important criteria:

For the shipping confirmation to be successfully transmitted to Temu, the following criteria must be met:

• A warehouse and a shipping service provider have been selected.
• The order has a tracking number with at least five digits.
• If there are multiple items in the order, the number of tracking numbers must match the number of items.
