How is a Temu order handled in PlentyONE?

The workflow of a Temu order in PlentyONE, from placement to shipping, goes as follows:

Your items are listed on Temu.
Customers place an order on Temu.
Customers make their payments to Temu.
Note: For Temu, only the payment method [Temu] Direct Checkout is available.
The order is imported into PlentyONE.
The order is shipped.
- Note: You can either send all items of an order or only specific order items. To do so, create a delivery order in the Orders » Orders menu and select the option For specific order items.
The shipping confirmation is either sent to Temu via flow or manually (via the status change on the order).

Address changes: If the delivery address changes, the new address is automatically saved for the corresponding contact in PlentyONE.
