You can find the account overview under Sales Channels > Accounts. It provides you with all the important information at a glance:
- Connection: The connection status indicates whether your account is connected to Temu (Connected) or not (Not connected). If it is not connected, check whether the basic settings of the sales channel are correct.
- Name: The name you have given the account.
- Listings online: When you hover your mouse over this item, you can see the exact number of products and offers listed for this account on Temu.
- Errors: Here you can see how many errors exist in the product or offer listings. The exact number is displayed when you hover your mouse over the field.
