Before you can set up Temu in PlentyONE, you must first register as a seller with Temu. You can find information about this in the FAQ 'How can I sell as a seller on the Temu marketplace?'.

To set up Temu in PlentyONE, you first need to create an account. Proceed as follows:

Create account:

1. Open the menu Sales Channels > Accounts.
2. Click on Create Account.
3. In the Create Account window, select the option Temu from the dropdown list Platform.
4. Select the Client (shop) and enter a name for the account.
5. Click on CREATE.

The account for Temu will then be created. However, it is not ready for use until you have adjusted its Channel settings. You can find out how to do this in the FAQ 'How do I configure the channel settings for Temu?'
