To retransmit all stock to Zalando, this must be triggered again. The trigger can, for example, be initiated via the Zalando setup assistant. For this, you only need to make an adjustment in the “Stock for Germany” and/or “Stock for Austria” section. It does not matter what change you make. The change can then be reversed. Within 15 minutes, all stock will be transmitted to Zalando. The transmission can be tracked at any time in the log.

When transmitting all variants, it should be noted that depending on the number of variants and sales channels, the transmission may be delayed. This is due to the limitation of API calls set by Zalando. Therefore, it can happen that the transmission is sent in several batches and thus takes more time. It may also be that variants of the same article are transmitted in different batches. Each batch can contain up to 1000 variants, which corresponds to one request. 20 requests are possible per minute. You can recognise a batch in the log by the so-called “jobId”.
