All transfers FROM 16.08. are only visible if the log was previously set to debug.
To temporarily activate the log entry, you need to configure the logs under Data > Log below the search using the settings button and activate the log level “DEBUG” under the path Plenty > Modules > Zalando > Stock > Services > StockUpdateService.
Please specify only a few days here if possible and do not leave the log on debug for longer than a maximum of 5 days.
Go to the menu Data > Log.
Use the following filters:
Integration: Plenty\Modules\Zalando\Stock\Services\StockUpdateService
Identifier: Zalando
As reference type, you can choose, for example, the variant ID or the EAN. Enter the value “variationID” or “ean” as the reference type and use the corresponding value as the reference value. This might look like the following:
Open the log entry and click on “Expand all” (plus symbol) to view the content of the respective request:
The transmitted stock is shown as “quantity”.
Whether Zalando has successfully accepted this message can be seen in the response. This is written in a separate log. You can find a “jobId” in the screenshot above:
Use this and filter the log again accordingly:
Check both the highlighted info message and any error messages.
Here is an example of a successful stock transfer with a stock of 0 (the ID corresponds to the EAN of your variant):
Here is an example of an unsuccessful stock transfer (error message):
Within the “Description” you will find the reason for Zalando’s rejection.
The error message “Request contains duplicate combinations of stock quantities.” usually occurs because individual variants were submitted twice. Zalando recognises this, for example, by a repeatedly assigned EAN. A stock transfer is therefore not possible.
