To use the new Zalando zDirect API interface, merchants are linked with their integrator's developer account. This happens automatically during the integration process. The integrator (in this case PlentyONE) must then generate access data for the API individually for each merchant in their developer account and store this access data in the respective system. We then store this access data in the account that you created for this purpose via the assistant.
These access data must not be viewable by you, which is why we cannot provide you with the access data to enter yourself.
