Request the CSV form for matching articles/silhouettes via a ticket in the Service Desk.

• We need your plenty ID and the sales channel in question (Germany, Austria, etc.).
• Enter your user data in the CSV file.
• Forward the completed form to your Zalando contact person.

Step 4

Go through the Account Settings - Zalando Assistants for the first time.
Important: You cannot make all the settings in the wizard during the first run.

Step 5

Ask our support to link your account with your zDirect account.
Important: This is only possible after you have gone through the wizard for the first time.

Step 6

Go through the Account Settings - Zalando Assistants again to make the missing settings.

Step 7

Carry out the further setup.

Step 8

Prepare the order documents.

Step 9

Prepare your variants.

Step 10

Automate the order processing.

Step 11

Activate your Zalando account in the Assistants to start data exchange with Zalando.
