Please check the shipping profile assigned to your order against what is stored in the catalogue (old export: "Shipping Profiles" under Setup > Markets > Kaufland > Settings).
If your profile is linked to "Other", no tracking number will be transmitted for this profile.
If the profile is correctly assigned, check whether there is a parcel number and whether it already existed at the time of the shipping notification. You can verify this using your order ID in Shipping Centre 2.0.
If the tracking number is present on the order and you want to send the shipping notification again, proceed as follows:
