Shipping notification to Kaufland
With the event action Send shipping confirmation to Kaufland.de 3 you automatically inform Kaufland.de that the items of an order have been shipped.
If the event action cannot be executed, the order is automatically moved to the status you have chosen for the setting Order status for orders with failed shipping confirmation (Setup > Markets > Kaufland > Settings > Account).
Check orders in this status:
- Is the shipping service provider correctly linked?
- Is a tracking number saved on the order?
After correction, move orders back to the status that triggers the event action Send shipping confirmation to Kaufland.de 3.
If your shipping notification to Kaufland does not work at all, always check your event action first.
Checking the log
You can check whether your shipping notification was successfully reported in the log (under Data > Log).
Enter the following:
Identifier: Kaufland
Reference type: orderID
or
Reference type: externalOrderId
Reference value: your order ID (orderId) or the external order ID (externalOrderId)
Successful notifications are displayed under level:info.
Failed notifications are consequently under level:error.
Under Integration: Plenty\Modules\Kaufland\Order\Services\OrderShippingService you see your shipping confirmation, under Integration: Plenty\Modules\Kaufland\Api\KauflandApi you see the content of the response from Kaufland.
An example notification might look like this:
Error: Missing shipping profile
In the example, the shipping profile (Carrier Code) was passed as “Other”. However, if the carrier_code is empty, you need to check your shipping profiles.
You have set up your shipping profiles here. Check here whether the data has been stored correctly.
Error: Missing tracking number
In the example, the tracking number for the package (tracking_numbers) is missing. The tracking number is usually stored in plenty via the Shipping Centre. It often happens that a tracking number is already available but was not ready in time for the transmission of the shipping notification.
Make sure your event action is executed after the creation of the tracking number.
