Requirements for a successful export to Kaufland are:
- active variant status
- under the "Availability" tab on the variant, the availability is set
- the property (Kaufland.de category / Kaufland.cz category / Kaufland.sk category) has been linked to the variant and a catalogue has been selected
If your items could be exported once, an SKU (equivalent to the variant ID by default) is automatically created for Kaufland.
Additionally, you can check the transfer in the log (Data > Log).
Integration: Plenty\Modules\Kaufland\Crons\CatalogExportCron
Identifier: Kaufland
Important: If your items have already once been transferred to Kaufland via the old item export, the transfer of a CREATE can no longer take place via the catalogue. In this case, only an UPDATE of your product is sent to Kaufland. Any changes then depend on Kaufland's processing (subsequent content changes are not always permitted).
Using the catalogue function "Live Download" (under Data > Catalogues > #Select Catalogue#) you can check whether the variants are valid for the catalogue, but also which data we transfer to Kaufland.
Another tab opens, which should not be closed during the export process. Once the export is successfully completed, the file can be downloaded and opened under the download symbol "Download Export".
The variant can be searched by the EAN (use the program's search function). If it is contained there and not transferred to Kaufland, you can check the error messages in the log. However, if it is not contained there, the basic requirements must be checked.
