Fix

In the REST route GET /rest/orders/documents/accounting_summary, the exchange rate in foreign currency might not have been formatted as expected. This has been fixed.

For orders in foreign currency, the net price of an order item was not stored correctly, which meant that the tax amount was also not displayed correctly.

The net price of the item in foreign currency is now stored correctly when the document is created so that it can be used here. This applies to documents created after the release date.
