Why is the shipping confirmation to Netto sporadically not transmitted?
It can happen that the shipping confirmation to Netto is not successfully transmitted, even though the outgoing items have been correctly posted in your PlentyONE system.This is often due to a timing issue: If the outgoing items status and the event procedure Send shipping confirmation to Netto eStores are triggered almost simultaneously, overlaps may occur that prevent the transmission. This behaviour is currently being investigated by our development team.
