In order for your PlentyONE system to send emails, such as order and shipping confirmations, you need to enter the access data of your email mailbox in the Email Accounts assistant.How to save the access data:Navigate to: Setup » Client » Global » Email Accounts.Fill in the fields in the Access Data step:SettingExplanationOutgoing mail server / SMTP serverEnter your provider's server (e.g. smtp.domain.de).Port (default port: 25)Enter the value 25. For mailbox.org use 465 and SSL.Encryption methodChoose SSL, TLS or no encryption.Sender nameYour name or the name of your webshop. Tip: Avoid special characters.Email addressThe full email address of the mailbox.UsernameThe username for the email account (for mailbox.org the full email address).PasswordThe password for the username and email address.You can test the sending using the outgoing_mail button.Activate the live mode once you are sure everything is working correctly. In test mode, all emails are sent only to the entered email address.
