  • Where do I create a return – in the order or in the delivery order?

    You can only create a return at the order level. It is not possible to create a return directly in the delivery order.Permissible order typesCreating a return is possible from the following order types:Order (standard order)WarrantyReturns for partial deliveries (multiple delivery orders)Even if a customer has an order with multiple delivery orders (e.g. due to partial deliveries), you must always book the return at the level of the original overall order. This applies regardless of which delivery order the relevant item was originally shipped with.

  • Where do I create credit notes / returns / warranties / delivery orders / reorders?

    Open the menu Orders.
