To be able to offer variants on OTTO Market, you need a sales price for which the order origin OTTO Market is activated. The amount you assign to this sales price for your variants will then be displayed on OTTO Market.What is a sales price?A sales price defines the conditions under which a variant is sold at a certain price and on a specific sales channel. For example, you can set different prices for your webshop, marketplaces, or B2B customers.Your PlentyONE system already contains two standard sales prices.You can create new sales prices and customise them according to your needs.In addition to standard sales prices, you can also create recommended retail prices (RRPs), promotional prices, and set prices.Activate sales price for OTTO MarketOpen the menu: Setup » Items » Sales Prices » [Open Sales Price].Tip: If you do not have a suitable sales price yet, create a new one first.Switch to the Settings tab.Activate the origin OTTO Market.Save (save) the settings.

On the one hand, a promotional price may need to be created, maintained on the variant, and linked in the catalogue.On the other hand, the "start of the promotion" and the "end of the promotion" must be defined.In the catalogue:This works as follows:For displaying the promotional price from a specific day, the following format must be observed:YYYY-MM-DDThe date must be exactly one day in the future.For displaying the promotional price from a specific day and a specific timeFormat with a property of type "Text":YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZThe date must always be in the future; the formats correspond to the English date format. Attention: If the date is in the past, OTTO market will reject this with an error message.The price is updated once daily at night within the item data export.If there are item errors, the price will not be updated. Please check the log for any error messages.The separation of price updates from the item data export is planned.

Model name may contain a maximum of 70 characters.Special features may contain a maximum of 70 characters.Set info may contain a maximum of 70 characters.Product description may now contain a maximum of 2000 characters.URLs in the Media assets area may contain a maximum of 2083 characters.If these character limits are not adhered to, items will not be transmitted to OTTO market as they are considered invalid. Error messages related to this can be found under the integration \ItemReportResultCommand.

You can manually adjust the SKUs in PlentyONE, but this does not automatically update the SKU on OTTO. The steps outlined below must be followed for this.Info: The SKU combination of SKU and Parent SKU is assigned to a variation once during the first export to OTTO Market.Important: If you want to adjust the Parent SKU, you must also change the SKU.If you want to adjust your SKUs, you need to do the following:Manually take the desired variations offline on OTTO→ You can achieve this by deactivating them or removing the availability for Otto Market.→ Then update the timestamp of your marketplace exports (for example via the variation group function).Resubmit the variations with the changed SKU→ Once your desired items are offline, you can adjust the SKUs on the variation in PlentyONE.→ Afterwards, restore the OTTO Market availability or reactivate your variation.→ Your changes will then be transferred to OTTO Market via the nightly item export, or your variation will be re-uploaded with the new SKU.  

Products cannot be deleted on OTTO Market, only deactivated.If needed, please contact OTTO Market for this.
