Changed: The VAT ID is now stored in the Name 4 address field for MediaMarktSaturn
Since MediaMarktSaturn (MMS) does not support B2B orders, the VAT ID is now stored purely for informational purposes in the Name 4 field of the address. This means that the VAT ID can be shown on the invoice without being entered in the dedicated VAT ID field in PlentyONE.Note: The VAT ID is not automatically displayed on the invoice. You can define whether it should be displayed on the invoice in DocumentBuilder within your invoice document. Background: Storing it in the standard VAT ID field would automatically trigger changes to price and tax calculation. Since this behavior is not intended for MediaMarktSaturn orders, the VAT ID is instead stored in the Name 4 address field, thus keeping it visible on the invoice without affecting order prices. Changed: Revision of SKU processing for OBI offer listings
SummaryTo prevent errors when exporting stock and prices, the handling of SKU fields in the OBI module has been standardised and streamlined. In future, it will be clearly defined where the OBI SKU ID must be saved to ensure a correct mapping to OBI offers. Background: The OBI API stipulates that a valid SKU ID generated by OBI must be used to identify which offer on OBI receives the offer data sent by PlentyONE.What has changed?Primary data source for stock & price: For the export of stock and prices, the SKU field of the offer listing is primarily used as the OBI SKU ID.New data field OBI SKU ID in catalogue (as a fallback): The optional OBI SKU ID data field is now available in the OBI offer catalogue. Etsy: Resolution for missing Etsy orders (action required)
Due to recent data privacy changes implemented by Etsy, access to full shipping addresses (street and city) for third-party integrations has been restricted. This caused a disruption in the order import process. On 23 April 2026, we are releasing a fix to resume order imports. How this affects your workflowFrom 23 April 2026, orders will be imported with an Incomplete data status. To complete fulfilment, you will need to manually enter the missing address details for these orders. Key facts:Who is affected: Only sellers who connected their Etsy shop after 17 July 2025.Cause: This change is due to an Etsy platform policy restricting access to PII (Personally identifiable Information) for certain integrations. For further details, please refer to the official Etsy API policy.Next steps: We are in ongoing discussions with Etsy to restore full data access and provide a permanent, automated solution.Version Available frombeta23 April 2026stable23 April 2026
