Previously, the Etsy authorisation in PlentyONE expired after 90 days. You then had to log in to Etsy and reconnect to PlentyONE.

This issue has been resolved. The Etsy authorisation now remains active permanently, so you no longer have to renew it manually on a regular basis.

Action required

If your Etsy authorisation has already expired, you need to log in to Etsy and reauthorise the connection once more. The tokens will then be updated automatically in the background, so no further manual authorisation is required.
