In PlentyONE, you have various options for linking images to your variants. This can be done either manually via the user interface or automatically via an import.

Linking via the item UI

You can link images directly in the edit view of a variant. 

Alternatively, you can use the group function in the variant overview to link several variants to specific images at the same time.

Linking via import

For a large number of variants, it is recommended to use the import tool. To do this, create a CSV file that must contain at least the following mappings:

• Variant ID: Used as a matching field to identify the correct variant.

• Item images / Image ID: Here you enter the ID of the image to be linked.

• Item images / Link with variant: This command carries out the actual linking during the import.

You can obtain the required image IDs in advance via an export from your system.
