Yesterday, May 19, 2026, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, a temporary technical issue occurred affecting the order import from the refurbed marketplace. This caused certain orders to be imported into the PlentyONE system multiple times, creating duplicates.Please note that this issue did not affect all orders. This option only imports the first few rows of a file in order to allow users to check whether the data in their file is being imported as intended.Up until now the description of this feature stated that it would import the first 5 rows of a file.
