If you receive the error message 401 Unauthorized: The credentials you provided are invalid when trying to generate shipping labels, there is an issue with your login credentials for the DHL Business Customer Portal (GKP). This message means that authentication between PlentyONE and DHL has failed.Causes of the error and solutions Password expired: The password for the user in the DHL GKP must be changed every 365 days. If it has expired there, the API connection will fail. Change the password in the DHL portal and then immediately update it in PlentyONE. Incorrect login credentials: Check whether the username and password are entered correctly in the shipping settings. Pay particular attention to spaces at the beginning or end. Updating login credentials in PlentyONEOpen the Setup » Orders » Shipping » Service Providers » DHL Shipping menu. Select the affected account.
