How are properties transferred from the order to the credit note?
If certain order properties (such as the external order number/OrderProperty) are missing from your credit note, this is usually due to a missing transfer configuration in the system. For properties to be automatically inherited from a main order to a newly created credit note, this rule must be explicitly enabled in the data transfer settings.Enable property transferNavigate in your PlentyONE system to: Setup » Orders » Data Transfer » Properties.Check the filters and mappings. Make sure the transfer direction is correctly set from Order to Credit Note (and not only Order to Order).Activate the transfer for the desired properties (e.g. OrderProperty).Save the settings.Important: This setting only applies to newly created credit notes. Existing credit notes will not be retroactively adjusted by activating this setting later.
