How do I deactivate the transmission of the offer file to Kaufland?
Under Setup > Markets > Kaufland > Settings > #Account# you will find these settings.Deactivate offer file: Set offer synchronization (tab: offer settings) to inactive You can only deactivate the offer file once all items have been configured via the catalogue.Otherwise, you risk the deletion of your offers on Kaufland.

How do I delete an offer on Kaufland?
You can delete your offers on Kaufland by removing the markets (Items > Variant > Availability > Markets) for Kaufland (or Kaufland DE, SK, or CZ).A cron job runs hourly that collects the items and deletes them on Kaufland. Deleting the SKU in plenty would therefore only be meaningful after this export, i.e. one hour later. Otherwise, overselling can occur, among other things, due to missing stock reconciliations.

Can I offer multiple listings of the same EAN in different conditions on Kaufland?
Yes.The product is created based on the EAN, and the different listings are created based on the SKU. One listing can be created per condition.

How do I update my offers on Kaufland?
You can make a change in your catalogue for this, for example, remove a mapping and save it again.In the next offer synchronisation, your offers will be transmitted.Offer updates run hourly.Please note that the offer update does not include new creations. The offers are transmitted to Kaufland once daily at night and, if valid, created.

How is an offer generated on Kaufland?
The offer is also referred to as a "Unit" in the following text:The generation of offers takes place at night for each variant that is fully set up for the marketplace and still does not have a Unit ID in the background. The Unit ID is stored behind each SKU in the database after the successful creation of the offer. The variant is then matched via the Unit ID. Therefore, it is important that no offers (Units) are manually deleted on Kaufland.Creating (Create) an offer is therefore only possible at night (after the successful product creation the previous night).
