When XXXLutz orders arrive in PlentyONE without an item ID and variant ID, the variant's SKU in PlentyONE usually does not match the offer_sku from XXXLutz. Enter XXXLutz's offer_sku as the SKU for the variant so that the assignment works when importing orders.
How to recognise the problem
- The order is imported and the product data for the line item is populated.
-
Item IDandVariant IDfor the line item remain empty. - You have to assign the line items manually.
Cause
The problem occurs mainly if you listed your products on XXXLutz before the integration. Many variants then have different values in the SKU field in PlentyONE than the offer_sku at XXXLutz.
The XXXLutz order contains several similar values. Product SKU and Product Shop SKU differ, for example 800001083000 and 191182. The decisive value is the offer_sku, which you must enter in PlentyONE as the SKU.
How to fix the problem
- Determine the
offer_skuof your offers on XXXLutz, for example in the XXXLutz order (Mirakl backend) or through your contact at XXXLutz. - In
PlentyONE, open the affected variant and switch to theAvailabilitytab. - Find the
SKUsection. - In the
SKUcolumn, enter theoffer_skufor the originXXXLutz Germanyand for the originXXXLutz. - Save the variant.
- Test the change first with 1–2 items and place a test order.
- Check whether
Item IDandVariant IDare populated in the new order. If so, apply the change to the remaining variants.
