On March 20 2026, the following issues were identified in PlentyONE:

• Newly created catalogues would not appear in the catalogue overview.
• A number of marketplace data exchange operations that should have been run hourly were being blocked.

The cause of these issues was identified and a hotfix was deployed on March 22 2026 at 2:00AM. Catalogues that were created in this time frame are now visible in the catalogue overview, and all hourly data exchanges will now as expected.
