This error occurs when the DHL product you have selected (e.g. Warenpost International) is not permitted for the specific destination country of the delivery address.

Cause of the error message

According to feedback from DHL, the product saved in your settings must delivery country of the order. An example of this is using Warenpost International (product code 66) for a country where only DHL Paket International (product code 53) is permitted.

Steps to resolve

To fix the error, you need to adjust the product or the billing number in your PlentyONE system:

1. Navigate to Setup » Orders » Shipping » Service Provider » DHL Shipping.

2. Check the saved billing number and the selected product in the shipping settings as well as in the basic settings.

3. Select a product that is (for example, try 53 DHL Paket International).

4. Save the settings and try to register the shipment again.
