To fix the "Incomplete" status in the Google Merchant Center, the sub-attributes for the delivery time (transit time) must be correctly transmitted to Google via your feed.

Google requires this information at the item level when you use the shipping attribute in the feed, as the system otherwise cannot calculate Store Quality. In PlentyONE, this is controlled via the settings for item availability.

Check availability settings

1. Go to PlentyONE system: Setup » Items » Availability.

2. Here you have stored the texts and IDs for the various availability levels.

3. Make sure that these values are correctly assigned to the Google attribute for delivery time in the elastic export.

4. Check in the FormatDesigner whether the field for processing time or delivery status is correctly mapped so that Google receives the sub-attributes for the shipping tag.
