Up until now it was possible to use the Live download option for catalogues using the Order export type. However, since catalogues of this type are usually fairly complex this frequently lead to an excessive amount of browser requests being sent in short amounts of time.

In order to avoid this issue the Live export option has been disabled for catalogues using the Order export type. Users can schedule regular exports or use the Asynchronous download option instead.
