With processing profiles Etsy has introduced new mandatory fields for listings:
- the minimum processing time before shipping,
- the maximum processing time before shipping,
- and whether an item is ready to ship or made to order.
Without transferring a processing profile, you can neither create new listings nor update existing listings on Etsy.
In PlentyONE, you can create processing profiles and transfer them to Etsy in two steps:
Step 1: Create a processing profile
- Go to the new menu Setup » Markets » Etsy » Processing profiles.
- Click + New processing profile.
- Enter a name for the processing profile.
- Select the processing state: Made to order or Ready to ship.
- Select the minimum processing time.
- Select the maximum processing time.
- Select the unit for processing time.
- Save the settings.
Step 2: Map the processing profile in your Etsy catalogue
- Go to Data » Catalogues.
- Open your Etsy catalogue.
- In the Processing profiles section, select the desired processing profile in the Export as field.
- Click + Add data source next to the Export as field.
- Select the desired PlentyONE data source.
Tip: We recommend creating a property of the type Selection and saving it on your variations. Enter the names of the processing profiles you created in step 1 as selection values. - Save the settings.
Note: The fields Minimum processing time and Maximum processing time in the Etsy catalogue have been removed, as these values are now transferred via processing profiles.
