With this update, a new feature is available: Active OBI offers (SKUs) can now be imported into PlentyONE and created as offer listings in the Channel Layer. This eliminates the need to manually create listings for OBI offers that are already active.
Workflow
The import can be manually triggered in Sales Channels » Accounts for the respective OBI account.
The system retrieves all active SKUs from OBI.
For each SKU, the following workflow is executed:
EAN Matching
Check if the EAN exists in PlentyONE variations.
No match: SKU is not imported; error is logged in report.
Multiple matches: SKU is not imported; error logged “Multiple variations found”.
Single match: Continue with processing.
Check for Existing Offer Listing
If an offer listing already exists for SKU/EAN, no new listing is created.
Listing Group Assignment
If other variations of the same Plenty item are already in a listing group, the new variation is added to that group.
Catalog Linking
If exactly one catalog exists, it is linked automatically.
If multiple catalogs exist or none is available, no catalog is linked and the case is logged in the error report. In this case, the offer listing is imported without a linked catalog and must then be manually linked to a catalog.
Error Handling & Logging
A CSV error report is generated for all SKUs that could not be imported.
The CSV is automatically logged under Data » Log and can be downloaded from there.
Typical errors in the report:
No variation found for EAN
Multiple variations found for EAN
Multiple catalogs found
No catalog available
