To automatically send shipping confirmations to Cdiscount when you have shipped the items of an order, now use the procedure Plugins > Octopia: Send fulfillment notification to Octopia in your event procedure.

The previously used procedure Order > Notify Cdiscount of order change is outdated and no longer functional.

Alternatively, you can set up a PlentyONE Flow. In the flow, use the action Plugin (Legacy) > Octopia > Octopia: Send fulfillment notification to Octopia.
Flows offer greater flexibility and are the modern alternative to traditional event procedures.
