Two additional event procedures and PlentyONE Flow actions are now available for Octopia:Cdiscount to automatically inform Cdiscount of cancellations.
In addition to the previously available cancellation reasons:
- Octopia: Send cancellation request to Octopia - Customer Claim
- Octopia: Send cancellation request to Octopia - Seller refusal
the following reasons can now also be used:
- Octopia: Send cancellation request to Octopia – Customer Cancellation
- Octopia: Send cancellation request to Octopia – Customer Withdrawal
