We have enhanced the workflow for bol.com shipment orders:

• PlentyONE now regularly checks the actual process status via bol.com’s API.

• Orders are only moved once bol.com reports a final status (SUCCESS, FAILURE, or TIMEOUT).

• Successful processes move orders to the status configured in the setup assistant for successful shipment orders.

• Failed processes (FAILURE / TIMEOUT) move orders to the configured failure status and also write an error log with bol.com’s error details.

• Processes with status PENDING remain unchanged and are checked again in the next interval.

This makes bol.com shipment handling more reliable and aligns it with the existing mechanisms for asynchronous product updates.
