You can now list your items on the new Kaufland country platforms Kaufland FR (France) and Kaufland IT (Italy).

Note: Kaufland has not launched the new markets for the France and Italy yet. Therefore, you cannot sell your items on these markets. However, you can already create catalogues for the country platforms and prepare your items. Your items will then already be transferred to Kaufland, but they cannot be bought by customers on Kaufland.fr and Kaufland.it yet.

Create catalogues for Kaufland FR and Kaufland IT

Create catalogues for the new country platforms with the assistant Kaufland - Creating catalogues. Select the desired country platform and the product category in the assistant. Afterwards, map the data fields in the catalogue that you created. How to create catalogues and map data fields is described in the PlentyONE manual.

Then link your variations to the product category that you want to sell them in on Kaufland FR or Kaufland IT.
How to do this is also described in the PlentyONE manual.

Note: Language for product data

• If the product data in PlentyONE is maintained in German, the field Language of PlentyONE product data in the Kaufland catalogues must be mapped when using the Kaufland country platforms CZ, PL, SK, FR and IT so that the product data will be translated into the market’s language when they are exported.
• If the field Language of PlentyONE product data is not mapped and remains empty, then the system assumes that the product data in PlentyONE are saved in the language of each market.
• Allowed values for mapping: “de“, “sk“, “cz“, “pl“, "fr", "it"

Activate the new order referrers

Also activate the new order referrers:

• 102.06 Kaufland FR
• 102.07 Kaufland IT

Note: If you want to offer your items on all Kaufland country platforms (Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, France, Italy), then you only have to activate the referrer 102 Kaufland.
(Naturally, the items also have to be linked with the product category for each country platform.)

Retrieve orders

As soon as the new marketplaces have opened, orders can also be imported.
To ensure that Kaufland also transfers the orders from the new marketplaces to PlentyONE, the configuration for each account must be saved in PlentyONE under Setup » Markets » Kaufland » Settings after activation and setup in the seller portal at Kaufland. This is the only way to subscribe to orders at Kaufland.
