Yesterday, May 19, 2026, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, a temporary technical issue occurred affecting the order import from the refurbed marketplace. This caused certain orders to be imported into the PlentyONE system multiple times, creating duplicates.Please note that this issue did not affect all orders. However, the duplicate imports did impact:Some new orders between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM Tuesday, May 19, 2026.Orders from the past 2 days that had not yet been fully processed.Specific older orders (dating back as far as August 2025) that are currently in the NEW or ACCEPTED status.Current Status: The root cause has been fully resolved, and the order import has been operating normally since 3:00 PM May 19, 2026.Next Steps & Support: We are proactively reaching out to every affected seller individually via our Helpdesk. NewFrom now on, serial numbers can be automatically transferred to refurbed using PlentyONE Flow.Both serial numbers from the item's serial number list, as well as a free text field with new serial numbers on the order can be added. Creating a flow to automatically transfer serial numbers to refurbed:Enable the serial number on the item (setting Serial number in the Item » Items menu on the respective item).Create a new flow in the Automation » Flow Studio menu. For refurbed, the option Assign VAT rates via PlentyONE was added to the menu Setup » Markets » refurbed » Settings. When this option is activated, the VAT rate is calculated by PlentyONE during order import based on the variations contained in the order. This overwrites the VAT rate set by refurbed.This option is deactivated by default.
