Temu | Change: List price is no longer mandatory
List price and List price currency are no longer mandatory fields in Temu product catalogues. You can save a product catalogue and export a product listing without mapping these data fields. Base price and Base price currency are still mandatory. If you use a list price, the existing conditions still apply:Both List price and List price currency must be mapped. It is not sufficient to map only the value for the list price.List price must contain a value.List price currency must be specified as a three-letter currency code, e.g. EUR.VersionAvailable frombeta8 September 2026stable8 September 2026

Temu | Fix: Units for dependent data fields are not transmitted (action required)
In Temu product catalogues, units for data fields that depend on a parent data field were not transmitted to Temu together with the value.Example: For the Material (Polyvinyl chloride) ► Thickness (mm) data field, the unit mm was not transmitted to Temu. This issue has been resolved. The unit is now available as a separate data field alongside the value and must be mapped separately. The unit is then transmitted to Temu together with the value.Required stepsIf you have already mapped values for dependent data fields that require a unit in a Temu product catalogue:Open the Temu product catalogue.Map the corresponding unit to the data field for the unit.Save the product catalogue.Create new product listings using the updated product catalogue.Important: Existing product listings are not updated automatically when you add the new mapping. You must create new product listings so that the unit is transmitted to Temu together with the value.Version Available frombeta26 August 2026stable26 August 2026

Temu: Changed: Data fields for product specifications are now simple mappings
Data fields for product specifications (such as size or colour) in product catalogues for Temu are now simple mappings and no longer complex mappings. What was changed?Simple mappings: Specification fields (such as colour or size etc.) are now displayed as simple mappings and no longer as complex mappings with drop-down lists.Existing complex mappings can no longer be used. The complex data fields previously used are no longer supported by Temu. Those data fields are temporarily marked as “deprecated” in the catalogue so that existing mappings can be easily transferred to the new data fields.Important: Product catalogues that contain only mappings for old complex data fields can no longer be exported.Required steps for Temu product catalogues:Map new data fields: Map the new data fields in your Temu product catalogues.Use existing mappings as reference: Use the data fields marked as “deprecated” as a template to quickly transfer the values to the new data fields.Save the catalogue: Save the updated product catalogue.Create new produ...

Temu | New: Partial deliveries for individual order items supported
Important: This feature is rolled out gradually from 8 June 2026 and will not be available to all customers immediately.Previously, Temu only supported partial deliveries for different order items. In addition, the number of tracking numbers could not exceed the number of order items. From now on, partial deliveries for individual order items are supported. It is also possible to submit more tracking numbers than order items.Tracking numbers are assigned automatically as follows:Orders with a single order item:All tracking numbers are assigned to that order item.Orders with multiple order items:Tracking numbers are distributed as evenly as possible across the order items. If they cannot be distributed evenly, the remaining tracking numbers are assigned to the last order item.Main parcel:The first tracking number provided is used as the main parcel.Version Available fromstableGradual rollout starting 8 June 2026

Temu | New: Adding product listings for existing Temu products
In PlentyONE, product listings for multiple variations of an item are grouped under a shared group ID. When exported to Temu, this results in a single product on Temu (goodsId) with multiple variations (each with its own SKU ID).If you later create additional product listings for further variations of the same item, these are assigned a new group ID. When exported to Temu, a new product (new goodsId) is created on Temu. The variations are therefore not added to the existing Temu product but created under a separate product.Important:If you want all variations to appear under a single product on Temu:Delete all existing product listings for the item in PlentyONE.Then create new product listings for all variations of the item together (including any newly added variations).Version Available fromstableGradual rollout starting 28 April 2026

Change: Improvements to the Temu product catalogue
We have improved the Temu product catalogue to make setup and error handling easier.Tooltips:Tooltips (short info texts) have been added to frequently used data fields. The tooltips appear when you hover over the info icon next to a data field. They help you map the correct data fields in PlentyONE and highlight possible limitations.Error messages:Error messages now display the affected data fields in square brackets, e.g. [goodsDesc] for an error in the Product description (goodsDesc) data field. This allows you to quickly identify where the error occurred and resolve it more efficiently.Important: The creation of product catalogues and product listings for Temu is currently in the closed beta test phase and only available to a limited number of users.
